Sonuç olarak, bu fazla kiloları vücudumuzdan atmak isteriz. Böylece rejim yapmak genç yaştan itibaren hayatımızın bir parçası olur. Diyetde önemli olan sağlıklı bir bedene kavuşmak olmalıdır. Kilo verme “estetik” kaygılarla da olsa amaç sağlıklı bir bedene kavuşmak. Birçok insan için artık sağlıklı olmak “yaşam biçimi” haline gelmiş durumda. Formda kalmak, sağlıklı olmak gibi kaygıların arttığı bir çağdayız. Tabii ki sağlıklı yaşam eşittir diyet değildir ama “yeme disiplini” olmadan da ona kavuşmamız mümkün değil.
